Today's rapidly changing world presents unprecedented opportunities and challenges for civil engineers, as in all other occupations. The ability to cope with these challenges and to see opportunities is closely related to how early our students will start their relationship with the business world and how to integrate this relationship with the education provided at the university. Seminars and compulsory summer internships organized by our department during their undergraduate education are great opportunities for students who question the structure and characteristics of their chosen profession, want to get effective information about their area of expertise that they want to choose consciously and want to be more advantageous at the graduation stage with the professional relationships they have established.
