b) Documents to be submitted to the Erasmus Office upon completion of mobility
- Intership Certificate
- Evalution Form
- Learning Agreement for Traineeship / After Mobility
- Passport (passport pages with country entry-exit stamps are examined and photocopied)
- Participant Report (from Mobility Tool/Beneficary Module)
