Civil Engineering Department of the Istanbul Okan University started to take its first students in Akfırat Campus in 2007-2008 academic year. Our department attracts great interest from the students of the engineering faculty who have just entered Istanbul Okan University. For this reason, our department has attached great importance to academic staff and will continue to give importance. Our lecturers and dynamic research assistants who are experts in their fields will ensure that you receive a good engineering education.
Our students who will graduate from our department will be well-trained engineers in basic civil engineering branches. Our courses in undergraduate education are not only limited to theoretical knowledge, but also include classroom practices and technical tours.
