Metal Cast Laboratory is the laboratory where the metal infrastructure is prepared in fixed prosthetic dental treatment.
The Metal Cast Laboratory of Okan University Faculty of Dentistry is equipped with a cutting-edge metal cast furnace and related devices and instruments, and by this means, our students are offered the opportunity to understand and experiment on all steps required in production of metal infrastructure.
In fixed prosthetic dental treatment, it is important for our students to observe production of metal infrastructure in preclinical education and experiment with it in laboratory, in order that they have a better grasp of operations they perform on their patients in clinical training and achieve success.
Thanks to this education, our students will have a say on prosthetic works sent by dental technicians, be able to instruct their technicians directly and become successful dentists by performing higher quality prosthetic treatments.
