The duration of the Master of educational administration and supervision lasts 4 semesters. In this period, the students take various courses about the theoretical and practical aspects of educational administration and supervision as well as complete and defend a thesis. The graduate candidates of Master of educational administration and supervision will be able to
1. apply principles and theories to educational administration and supervision field.
2. percieve the problems faced in their field and bring solutions to those problems
3. analyze the change process and manage the changes
4. conduct scientfic research concerning educational administration and supervision and they can present and publish those conducted reaserches
5. develop new appraches about their field.
