- Original or notarized four-year bachelor's degree diploma,
- ALES score of at least 55 (Numeral Section),
- Transcript,
- Identity Card Copy or Notarized Copy,
- Certificate of Residence
- Military Deferment Certificate or Discharge Certificate,
- Criminal record,
- 3 passport size photos
- Filling out the T. C. Istanbul Okan University Graduate application form,
- Foreign Language Certificate (YDS: 55 or 55 points from the exams considered equivalent by ÖSYM at the relevant date)
Students who do not have an ALES score can be admitted as special students, provided that they get the required score by entering the first ALES in the next semester.
