Our students who register for the dormitory early for the next academic year can deliver some of their belongings in their own suitcases and parcels to our dormitory staff. (3 pieces of parcel or suitcase)
Our students can enter our dormitories 2 days before the course start date of the faculties specified in the academic calendar. They must check out within 2 days following the faculty's course end calendar.
Students who do not register early should not leave any belongings in their rooms; the dormitory management is not responsible for the remaining belongings.
While the items are taken from the rooms, our students will empty the refrigerator and our students will leave other cabinets and the garbage in the designated areas. Garbage, food, drinks, etc. are left in the rooms. Should not be left behind.
The keys will be delivered after our information staff check the rooms.
Students checking out must fill out the exit forms at the information desk and hand over their room keys.
