Erasmus success scores -Language score 50% and GPA 50%- were taken into consideration, and the Erasmus Final Score was calculated according to the evaluation criteria and weighted scores table used in evaluating the mobility applications in our previous announcement.

The list of those who took the exams dated October 25th and 26th, 2023 and who were eligible to benefit from the Erasmus program for the Spring semester of the 2023-2024 academic year has been announced. If any student who is selected eligible for grant would like to cancel Erasmus+ Mobility, the grant would be given to the next student on the list. In such a case, the student will be informed directly by our office via e-mail.

Students who are in the status of backup can benefit from learning and traineeship mobility without a grant if they wish.

Students who will waive their right to study mobility should send their Waiver Petitions to erasmus@okan.edu.tr until November 12, 2023 (at 23:59). (Our office will directly contact those who are eligible among the substitutes)

In order to object to the results, our students should send their objection petition to erasmus@okan.edu.tr until November 12, 2023 (at 23:59). The final list may change after the appeal petitions are evaluated. You need to follow the announcements on our website.
