OPINA is an open innovation platform that aims to support innovative SMEs, start-ups, R&D companies/organizations, academics and researchers in the development, prototyping, testing and integration of connected and autonomous vehicle software.
The OPINA Project is funded by the European Union and the Republic of Turkey under the EU Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA) II budget under Topic 2: Science, Technology and Innovation (STI) Effectiveness, Topic 2.1: Research and Development, implemented by the Ministry of Industry and Technology under the Competitive Sectors Program and implemented by the Transportation Technologies and Intelligent Automotive Systems Application Research Center (UTAS) of Istanbul Okan University.
