In our office, administrative processes (project development, contract management, financial processes, etc.) of Academic Consultancy services for R&D and innovation projects carried out with Contracted Projects and Public Funds (TÜBİTAK-KOSGEB-Ministry Funds) are carried out. With academic consultancy services, the scientific knowledge produced at the university brings solutions to the problems of the industry, thus contributing to the national economy in scientific, economic and technological terms.

Research and Project Development Directorate - As ARPROGED, project development support and administrative support are provided to academics and students of our university in order to increase their participation in and benefit from national and international grant support programs.

Services offered in this context:

  • Making call announcements for support programs.
  • Carrying out promotional activities of national and international support programs
  • Informing and Guidance - Providing information about the scope and functioning of the programs and directing projects to the right programs.
  • Communication and Coordination - Forming a project team, matching with industrialists/other academics, meeting and following up with the institution providing project support.
  • Reviewing and revising written projects,
  • Supports in the execution process of the projects entitled to receive support
  • Contract and project follow-up processes of consultancy projects realized in cooperation with industry.

Turkish Exporters Assembly - TIM INOSUIT PROGRAM: Within the scope of the “InoSuit Program”, which is based on university-industry cooperation, it is aimed to increase the innovation management competence of the member companies of the Exporters' Associations in a sustainable way, to create and strengthen the innovation management infrastructure, to design and implement corporate innovation systems suitable for the goals, structure and needs of each institution.

In this context, mentoring contracts and project follow-up processes are carried out between Istanbul Okan University faculty members and TIM and the company.
