LEARNING MOBILITY FOR STUDENT
Within the scope of Erasmus+ Main Action 1: Learning Mobility of Individuals (KA131) Program, students will be selected to study abroad in the 2024-2025 Academic Year Spring Semester. It is planned to determine an estimated 12 students as Principal Candidates for Learning Mobility in the 2023 Contract Period. VOCATIONAL SCHOOL students can only apply for internship. UNDERGRADUATE and MASTER and PHD students can apply for both education and internship programs. Applications to the departments where there is no agreement will not be accepted. Applications will be made over the internet ; (TURNA PORTAL) It will start on 02/09/2024 and end on 15/09/2024 at 23:59. Applications by mail or in person by coming to the office will not be accepted.
Okan Erasmus English Examination will take place online( (O'LEARN) on September 24, 2024. The Speaking Exam will take place online (O'LEARN) on September 26, 2024 and students who are successful in the English exam will be able to take the Speaking Exam. An announcement will be published about the time of the Exams.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Erasmus+ KA131 Student Study and Internship Mobility Program is NOT A FOREIGN LANGUAGE LEARNING PROGRAM. The candidate student is expected to have a foreign language proficiency that can make his/her education and internship abroad without any problems.
NOTE: Please note that Learning mobility actions must be completed until 31-07-2025
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT THE APPLICATION PROCESS
All applications will be made online (TURNA PORTAL) at by logging in with E-DEVLET through the Erasmus Portal.
• Student certificate; A student certificate with barcode via E-DEVLET or e-signed via OIS System can be used.
• Transcript; Certified current transcript. It can be obtained via e-government with barcode or e-signed via OIS System.
• English Exam Result Document; Erasmus English exam results (at least 60/100) made by our University's Foreign Languages Coordinator will be valid for the application. Students who do not have a language certificate at the time of application should select the box "I want to take the university foreign language exam". In addition, the scores obtained from YDS and YÖKDİL(last 5 years) exams (at least 60/100) accepted by YÖK; In addition to these exams, the scores obtained from the exams whose equivalence is accepted by ÖSYM are accepted based on the most up-to-date conversion table published by ÖSYM.

MINIMUM APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
1. The student must be a full-time student enrolled in a higher education program at any of the formal education levels (First Level,Second Level,Third Level) within the higher education institution,
a) The cumulative grade point average of the first
level students should be at least 2.20/4.00, the academic grade point average of
the second and third level students should be at least 2.50/4.00

2.20/4.00 of vocational school graduation grade for students who have not yet
had a transcript at the application stage and who have transferred from
associate degree;
2. If Erasmus+ higher education mobility activities have been used within the current education level, the total duration should not exceed 12 months with the new activity.
3. You need to make your application within the application deadlines in the announcement.
EVALUATION PROCESS
1-Ranking of Erasmus student mobility candidates; It is made according to the Erasmus+ grade consisting of 50% of the grade point average and 50% of the language exam result.
2- 10 points per mobility number are deducted from the Erasmus+ grade of the student who has done education or internship mobility before.
3- Results; It will be evaluated in accordance with the relevant criteria by the "Erasmus Coordinatorship" assigned by the Rectorate. The election results will be announced at the Erasmus Coordinatorship website.
4- The reasons such as disciplinary punishment or having a course from below do not prevent the student from benefiting from the Erasmus program.

Step 2: Print and sign the online application form (with photo)
Step 3: Current Student Certificate -It can be received via the e-devlet system with a barcode or with e-signed from OIS System
Step 4: Current Transcript (signed and barcode ) -It can be received via the e-devlet system with a barcode or e-signed from OIS. - Transcript documents with the phrase "example" on the OIS System will not be accepted!
Step 5: Upload the Identity Card
IMPORTANT NOTE: It is the responsibility of the candidates to upload the application documents completely and correctly. Applications submitted after the application deadline will not be considered.

TECHNICAL ISSUES ABOUT THE ONLINE APPLICATION
-Do not forget to add a ID photo in the accepted format to the profile photo field during the application.
