Dear Students,

Due to the COVID-19 pandemia measures, in accordance with the Council of Higher Education’s statement registration freezing is possible for only 2019-2020 Spring Semester for the students who fulfill processes described below.

The students who are in the lecture stage (who are taking lectures) in graduate programs should write a signed letter of application for registration freezing and send it to the relevant institute secretariat (Social Sciences or Sciences and Engineering or Health Sciences) with an email. Picture or scanned copy of the original signed letter should be included in the mail. Following the e mail, hard copy of the letter should be send to institute secretariat as well.

The students who are in the thesis stage in graduate programs should write a signed letter of application for registration freezing and send it to the relevant institute secretariat (Social Sciences or Sciences and Engineering or Health Sciences) with an email. Picture or scanned copy of the original signed letter should be included in the mail. Following the e-mail, hard copy of the letter should be send to institute secretariat as well.

All letters of applications about registration freezing will be processed.

Deadline for project and thesis activities which cannot be conducted because of the pandemia measures (defense exam etc.) is extended to 31.08.2020.
