The undergraduate program of business administration at Okan University has been developed by combining theory and practice so that the graduates of this program can work as professionals and entrepreneurs within the competitive business environment. Located in İstanbul, the students will have the ability to have contacts with professionals from various sectors and have advantage by implementing the theoretical knowledge, which is given through the moduler business education, to real life cases.

The education of business administration has become very important due to the developments both in the global and in the Turkish economic and business environment. These economic, politic, and technological changes has brought new business models and career opportunities. Managers will be expected to manage and adapt to changes in the future. Okan University Business Administration program aims to provide its students the knowledge and the skills that are needed for having self-confidence in their areas and for offering innovative solutions.

Our academic program includes several courses that aim to develop our students’ managerial and leadership skills, intellectual capacities, and multicultural perspectives. Students can choose moduler courses from the specialized concentration areas based on their interests such as banking and finance, accounting, marketing, international trade, international logistics and entrepreneurship. In our program, one year English Preparatory is compulsory. Students are also required to choose a second foreign language in their fifth semester and can start to learn Russian, German, Arabic or Chinese. TradeMaster Finance Laboratory and Business Strategy Laboratory are opened so that students can make use of the recent education technologies.
