Application Procedure - Erasmus+ KA107


Students who fulfil the application requirements should complete their online application.

After completing the online application applicant should bring a printout of his/her application to the International Programmes office.

Procedure after Selection

  • Students are nominated to the host institution on the basis of the project
  • Host university acknowledges the nomination and sends the student relevant information for incoming procedures
  • Student prepares his/her learning agreement with the approval of his/her academic advisor
  • Once application to host university is completed and all documents are sent, student will receive an acceptance letter
  • Students should apply for the visa (if required)
  • A document confirming his/her Erasmus student status and specifying the grant amount will be delivered by the Erasmus Office for visa purposes
  • Students should open a Euro bank account and give the IBAN number to the Erasmus Office.
  • A mutual responsibility agreement (Student Mobility Agreement) is signed between the university and the student.
  • No payment is issued before the agreement is signed.
