Erasmus + Partner Countries Learning Mobility of Individuals (KA107) follows the general aims and rules of the Erasmus + in the Programme Countries. Partner Countries are defined as all other countries which are not in the Programme Countries (28 EU countries and Iceland, Norway, Macedonia, Lichtenstein and Turkey). Partner countries are classified according to regions or finance instruments and have different mobility and grant rules.
